Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Knoxville is seeking a Front End Specialist who greets customers, operates the cash register, and helps maintain the store appearance with a focus on front-end operations.

You will be knowledgeable about current promotions, assist with pricing and merchandising, support Ollie’s Army and donation programs, receive trucks, and help recover the floor. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected for reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Positive attitude and a team player who serves customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
