Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Front End Specialist to help customers and maintain store appearance, with focus on front-end operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, support donation programs, and assist with stocking and merchandising while keeping the store inviting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays; a positive attitude and team spirit are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
