Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store appearance, focusing on front-end operations. You will provide customer service, merchandising support, and help with store maintenance.

The ideal candidate greets customers, operates the cash register, knows promotions, and supports donation programs. Evening/weekend shifts, a positive attitude, and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
