Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance, with focus on the front end of store operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, and support donation programs while helping with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and recovery tasks. The role requires a friendly, team-oriented attitude and availability for evenings/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and team player who serves customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers at the front of the store.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and donation programs.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Maintain store appearance and complete other responsibilities as assigned.
