Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain a store’s front-end operations. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and overall store presentation.

The successful candidate will greet customers, operate the cash register accurately, and stay informed about current promotions to support sales and donations year-round. A HS diploma is preferred, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of promotions/ads to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain store appearance and perform additional duties as assigned.
