Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain store appearance. The role emphasizes customer service and front-end operations, including merchandising and upkeep.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and stay informed on promotions to support sales. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and a positive attitude to engage and serve customers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Greet customers and assist with inquiries; maintain front-end order and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
