Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations, with duties at the cash register and front-end areas.

Ideal candidates are team players with a positive attitude, capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays, and willing to engage with shoppers to promote promotions and donations programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude & team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
