Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Front End Specialist. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, and help maintain a welcoming store appearance at the front end of operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, knowing current promotions, supporting donation programs, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth checkout and merchandising tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• A positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
