Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front end. The role focuses on customer service, cashier duties, merchandising, and store appearance to ensure a clean, welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the register, knowing current promotions, and supporting donation efforts. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and aims to foster team collaboration and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsabilités

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
