Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance, focusing on front-end operations. You will handle customer service, merchandising, and basic store upkeep to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

The role requires greeting customers, accurate cash handling, knowledge of promotions, and support of donation programs. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
