Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store appearance, with a primary focus on the front end of operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, be knowledgeable about promotions, support donation programs, and help with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and recovering the store to ensure a welcoming, well-stocked shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
