Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Hospitality, restaurants, retail, entertainment, or family entertainment centers experience a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Energetic, positive leader who coaches employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Front Desk, Attraction Attendants, and Snack Bar.
• Coach employees and onboard new team members.
• Oversee guest check-in, attractions, and sales.
• Monitor cash handling and POS transactions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Open and close facility and communicate with management.
• Promote guest experience and upsell packages.
