Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Maintain neat and clean presentation of the front end area.
• Ensure cash handling and front-end accounting tasks are performed accurately.
• Notify managers of any issues or maintenance needs on front end.
• Adhere to Food Lion dress code and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
