• Coordinate checkout flow and maintain front-end cleanliness and standards.

• Coach team members to improve labor utilization and customer issue resolution.
• Engage in community programs and participate in team member resource groups.
• Serve as a certified trainer for team members within their span of care.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to new staff.
• Act as subject matter expert on market programs, pilots, and development initiatives.
