Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance; pre-registration and point of service collections.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and options.
• Provide financial counseling referrals and Medicare compliance.
• On-site coverage at public arrival desks and the Emergency Department; collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle teams.
