Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor in Rockwall, TX. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail or related environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines and protecting assets.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates; participate in workload planning.
