Burlington Stores in Dallas seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join the store leadership team and oversee front-end operations. You’ll coach associates to deliver friendly, professional service while driving sales and maintaining safety.

Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include associate discounts and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail setting (off-price/big box/specialty).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines and ensuring customer protection.
• Foster a diverse culture focused on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations through company programs.
