Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Serve as the primary front-end customer service provider and liaison between customers and management.
• Provide register coverage as needed and support cashiers during complex transactions.
• Assist management with department scheduling, directing workflow, daily assignments, and presentation standards.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote and provide training on company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
