Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15–35 lbs occasionally.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours) while walking.
• Repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively assist with their shopping needs.
• Process sales transactions and returns per Front-End procedures.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, credit enrollment).
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOPs, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
