FRONT END/RELIEF ASST DEPT LEADER (Finance)

Provide customer service, assist with managing the department, maximize financial opportunities, and assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager. Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED, plus at least six months of cashier experience and one to two years of related retail experience, or relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum age of 18 (19 in Idaho and Alaska).
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends regularly.
  • Ability to travel independently occasionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach peers.
  • Ensure quick and friendly checkout experience, assist customers, and unload purchases.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and labor agreements.
  • Respond effectively to customer concerns and system issues, including performing cashier functions when needed.
  • Monitor scheduling and promote company initiatives.
  • Respond to customer comments, complaints, and requests.
  • Complete incident and accident reports accurately.
  • Ensure store areas are inviting and reflect our values.
