Provide excellent customer service, assist with department management, maximize financial opportunities, and assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager. Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, plus at least six months of cashier experience and 1-2 years of related retail experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum age of 18 (19 in Idaho and Alaska).
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on weekends regularly.
  • Ability to travel independently occasionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification.
Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
  • Deliver and promote excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers efficiently at checkout, including unloading purchases.
  • Provide coaching to peers following best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and labor agreements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and system issues, perform cashier functions as needed.
  • Monitor scheduling and promote company initiatives.
  • Handle customer and associate incidents and reports.
  • Maintain inviting and reflective common areas.
