Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Project Manager – Development to steer front-end FEED activities for capital projects in the energy sector. You will lead cross-functional teams through Stage 1–3 gates, defining project scope, schedules, and budgets, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in refining, chemicals, LNG, or related process industries.
• Experience leading Concept Select and FEED activities within a structured Stage-Gate or Front-End Loading (FEL) project development process.
• Experience managing Pre-FEED and FEED engineering contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through pre-Gate 3 phases per Project Organization Plan.
• Establish Gate milestones and develop schedules aligned with objectives and outages.
• Mentor and support less experienced project development professionals.
• Coordinate project, business, functional, and discipline support to ensure timely completion of reviews.
