Job summary

Planet Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to develop and execute front-end engineering plans for heavy industrial projects. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and execution, coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet success criteria.

The role requires extensive project management experience on engineering projects and a strong understanding of front-end and detailed engineering processes, with a proven track record in delivering projects on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• PM experience on engineering projects.
• Knowledge of front-end engineering and detailed engineering processes.
• Proven customer account manager experience.
• Ability to drive projects within budget from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document the scope of work.

• Develop and track project costs.
• Identify and communicate changes to SOW.
• Identify and respond to clients issues and needs.
• Ensure value is provided to the client and earn their trust.
• Ensure clients' policies and procedures are followed.
• Review and manage all project deliverables.
• Secure resources needed for team to execute work effectively.
• Ensure PO's are received before work begins and invoices are paid timely.
• Anticipate future work associated with ongoing projects.

A Project Manager responsible fordevelopingproject plans, scope of services, schedules, budgets and execution plans for the front-end engineering for consulting engineering heavy industrial projects.This position requires someone with significant project management experience.Manage all aspects of business projects from inception through execution.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in engineering
• Project Management experience on Engineering Projects
• Knowledge of front-end engineering and detailed engineering process
• Proven Customer Account Manager with experience in developing opportunities within existing clients
• Demonstrated experience in driving projects within budget from initiation through a successful and timely conclusion
• Coordinate and supervise project implementation, control project costs, monitor progress and quality of the projects
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and foster positive client relationships
• Perform activities to improve the reliability and efficiency of operations
• Experience in consulting engineering, power, and/or heavy industrial industry

• Anticipate future work associated or derived from ongoing projects

Pay: $165K - $195K
