Job summary

Worldpay, a global payments leader, is hiring a Software Engineer – Portal (Front End) to join the Payrix software engineering team. You’ll own front-end features, collaborate on a scalable payments platform using Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and REST APIs, and participate in code reviews while mentoring teammates.

You’ll work with cross-functional partners to refine requirements and deliver high-value merchant portal capabilities, dashboards, and reports that help clients manage

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience with strong front-end focus.
Solid understanding of large-scale software systems and SDLC practices.
Experience with Angular-based front-end development and REST API consumption.
Experience with backend development (ExpressJS) and relational databases (Postgres/MariaDB).
Excellent communication skills and ability to own feature delivery.

Responsibilities

Own front-end features for the portal and collaborate with the team to refine requirements.
Contribute to building a scalable payments platform and follow engineering best practices on AWS.
Review code, mentor teammates, and work with non-technical stakeholders on project goals.
Help deliver merchant portal capabilities, dashboards, and reporting for global users.
