Job summary

Esatto Rx in Mesa seeks a Front End Pharmacy Technician to provide exceptional customer service to patients and providers at our retail compounding pharmacy. You will work with Front End and Compounding Technicians and report to the Pharmacist-in-Charge.

Responsibilities include prescription entry, order processing, and ensuring correct medication delivery. The role offers a 40-hour week, background checks, and opportunities for training in compounding and management.

Qualifications

• Certified pharmacy technician in Arizona is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers in person and by phone.
• Leverage pharmacy management software for prescription entry and updates.
• Fill prescriptions and prepare for pick up or shipment.
• Process medication orders through the POS system.
• Participate in regular audits and quality improvement activities.
• Complete appropriate documentation such as labels, log sheets, and reports promptly.
