Job summary

EsattoRx in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Front End Pharmacy Technician to provide excellent customer service to patients and providers at our retail compounding pharmacy. You will work with Front End and Compounding Technicians and report to the Pharmacist-in-Charge, using pharmacy management software to enter prescriptions and prepare for pickup or shipment.

This full-time role requires a Arizona-certified technician, a HS diploma, the ability to pass background checks, and availability to work 9:30

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Arizona Certified Pharmacy Technician required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug testing.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers in person and by phone.
• Leverage pharmacy management software for prescription entry and patient updates.
• Fill prescriptions and prepare for pickup or shipment.
• Process medication orders through the point of sale system.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement activities.
• Complete documentation such as labels, log sheets, and reports.
