Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triaging customer service requests by department and urgency.
• Verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions.
• Reviewing narcotic Rx re-entries for timeliness.
• Providing pharmacist with allergy, drug interaction, and duplication information.
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records.
