Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is hiring a Front End Pharmacy Technician in Ohio. In a closed-door pharmacy, you’ll enter orders, support the dispensing workflow, and ensure accuracy while delivering great customer service.

You’ll triage requests, verify dosages, review narcotics, and maintain accurate patient records. Eligible candidates have a current pharmacy technician registration/certification and at least 1 year of experience. 40-hour weeks, full-time.

Qualifications

• Current pharmacy technician certification/license/registration as required by state law.
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar role.
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Enter orders and support the medication dispensing process in a closed‑door pharmacy.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and deliver excellent customer service.
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information required.
• Assist in reviewing narcotics Rx’s to ensure timely return to stock.
• Create and maintain accurate customer records.
