Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• One or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a call center.

Responsibilities

• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required.
• Calculating and verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions.
• Assisting in ensuring narcotics Rx’s are processed in a timely manner.
• Providing pharmacists with information on allergies, drug interactions, and potential duplications.
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records.
