Responsibilities

• Perform order entry tasks in a closed-door pharmacy setting.

• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required.
• Provide information on allergies, drug interactions, and other flagged items to the pharmacist.
• Create and maintain accurate customer records.
