Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is seeking a Front End Pharmacy Technician to support our closed-door pharmacy operations. You will join a team focused on accuracy, customer service, and collaborative care within our skilled nursing facilities environment.

In this second shift/order-entry role, you will enter orders, assist the pharmacist, calculate dosages, triage requests, and maintain precise patient records.

Qualifications

• Experience as a front-end pharmacy technician or similar role.
• Ability to triage customer service requests.
• Knowledge of dosage calculations and narcotics review.
• Maintain accurate customer records.

Responsibilities

• Triaging customer service requests by department and urgency.
• Entering orders and assisting pharmacist to ensure accuracy.
• Calculating and verifying correct dosage from prescriptions.
• Reviewing narcotics Rx returns and ensuring timely processing.
