Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is hiring a Front End Pharmacy Technician to support our closed‑door pharmacy. You will handle order entry, assist the pharmacist, and deliver quality customer service in a team‑oriented environment.

The role requires a certified/licensed pharmacy technician with at least 1 year of experience; LTC experience and PTCB certification are a plus. Full‑time hours and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Responsibilities

• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Reviewing narcotic Rx's for timely processing
• Providing dispensing pharmacist with allergy and drug interaction information
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records
