Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Minnesota.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and support workflow

Responsibilities

• Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve Front-End OCR area goals.
• Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of organizational goals.
• Develops strategy to ensure accurate entry of prescriptions with patient payer information.
• Evaluates operating results with established objectives and recommends performance improvement opportunities.
• Controls payroll costs through analyzing allocation of resources and staffing needs.
• Maintains communication across the organization.
• Conducts performance appraisals to provide timely feedback.
• Manages operational aspects of the team (budget, performance, compliance) and implements workforce plans.
