Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is seeking a Front End Pharmacy Technician to join our closed-door pharmacy team in Minnesota. You will perform order entry tasks, assist the pharmacist, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering excellent customer service to long-term care clients.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician certification/licensure as required by state law.
• 1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician.

Responsibilities

• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information required.
• Calculating and verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions.
• Assist in reviewing narcotic Rx’s and ensuring timely processing.
• Provide dispensing pharmacist with information on allergies and drug interactions.
• Create and maintain accurate customer records.
