Job summary

- Strong planning, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, email and internet software.
- Cash handling experience and flexible scheduling including holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-end staff and coach for better service and shrink control.
- Collaborate with Store Manager on AOP budgeting and sales goals.
- Manage inventory processes and restocking effectiveness.
- Plan in-store demonstrations and merchandising programs.
- Schedule staff to meet business objectives and communicate programs.
