You will supervise front-end staff, manage schedules, and partner with the Store Manager on the annual plan and shrinkage control. The position requires four years in retail, at least two years in management, and flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Four years in retail environment plus two years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets and email.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach front-end staff to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Handle personnel issues, including coaching and progressive discipline.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on annual operating plan and budgets.
• Assist in inventory processes and stocking, loss prevention adherence.
• Schedule staff and communicate store goals and shrinkage targets.
