Job summary

Price Rite is seeking a Front End Manager to oversee cash handling, bookkeeping, front-end service, and payroll, coordinating community and store events throughout the location.

The role requires an Associate Degree and five years of related experience, with strong ability to read and write business reports, supervise staff, and manage scheduling and costs while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent required.
• Five years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret general business reports and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security of all store systems (IBM, Wakefern Applications, DSD).
• Supervise cashiers and front-end staff; ensure front-end service and payroll accuracy.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training of department personnel.
• Manage payroll and performance to meet department goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper signage for events and programs.
