Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years related experience and/or training; computer skills a must.
• Ability to read and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence; present information clearly.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and handle multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security of store systems (IBM, Wakefern Applications).
• Ensure proper maintenance of job-related equipment and usage.
• Review and correct cash journals, reports, discounts, and front-end standards.
• Maintain shrink initiatives and compliance with procedures.
• Achieve department productivity and payroll goals; submit reports to management.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of front-end personnel.
