Qualifications

• Associate Degree (A.A.) from two-year college or university.
• Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combo.
• Computer skills required; background in store operations and scheduling.
• Ability to read reports, write business correspondence, and present info.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cash handling procedures and security of store systems.
• Recruiting, onboarding, training and development of department staff.
• Meet financial goals per annual budget and analyze operations for savings.
