Job summary

Price Rite is seeking a Front End Manager in Bridgeport, CT. The role oversees cash handling, bookkeeping, front-end service, and payroll, while coordinating community events within the store.

The position requires supervising cashiers and front-end staff, strong computer skills, and the ability to analyze business reports. Training and development of staff are essential to meet store goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (A.A.) from two-year College or university; Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills a must.
• Ability to read and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence; present information to groups.

Responsibilities

• Manages the performance of all aspects of Front End Operations, including cash management, bookkeeping, front-end service, and payroll.
• Coordinates community and store event programs throughout the store.
• Maintains security of all store systems, including IBM, Wakefern Applications, and DSD.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and development of all department personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior service level.
