Job summary

Price Rite in Chicopee, MA is seeking a Front End Lead Clerk for a full-time role. You will manage cash handling, payroll, recruiting, orientations, and team training at the Front End. The position reports to the Front End Manager and supports community and store events.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English
• Understand and follow direction given
• Possess a satisfactory cash record (less than 2 errors over the last 12 months)
• Work a flexible schedule consisting of daytime, evening and weekends

Responsibilities

• Accountable for cash office controls such as safe counts and deposits
• Organize, clean and maintain cash office and front-end work stations
• Supervise, train and develop team members
• Provide backup for Front End Manager coverage and scheduling
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold store standards
