Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations/mailroom/document management.
• 3+ years of managing employee performance, coaching, and vendor relationships.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, and indexing.
