Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles; store leader recommendations considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of department products and customer service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to Coach Team Members and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, and train Team Members; direct work and evaluate productivity.
• Maintain budget, inventory, and store safety; ensure cash controls and record-keeping are accurate.
• Oversee Front End operations including service levels at registers and service desk.
