Qualifications

• Completed the Service Coordinator training curriculum (includes curriculums for Cashier, Service Desk, and Courtesy Team).
• Ability to operate cash register system and all financial services equipment.
• Strong communication, customer orientation, organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts.
• Perform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift hand-off when leadership is not present.
• Coordinate actions affecting shrink and financial outcomes; escalate concerns to leadership.
