Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club is seeking a front-end associate at our San Bernardino location. You will handle member purchases, process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges and guide members on self-service tech. Maintain tidy checkout areas and help locate merchandise while promoting Sam’s Club products and services.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register) and mobile retail applications.
• Experience handling payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and process purchases at checkout.
• Maintain checkout and entrance areas; zone and organize merchandise.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Support members with self-service technology and product information.
• Ensure safety and security by following company policies and reporting issues.
• Train fellow associates on processes and new technology.
