Responsibilities

• Manages the performance of all aspects of Front End Operations, including cash management, bookkeeping, front-end service, and payroll.
• Coordinates community and store event programs throughout the store.
• Directly supervises cashiers, bookkeepers, front-end supervisors.
• Ensure proper maintenance of job-related equipment and proper usage.
• Develops and maintains front-end policies to meet company standards.
• Recruits, hires, onboarding, training and development of all department personnel.

Education

Associate Degree (A.A.)
