Price Rite of Windsor, CT is seeking a Full-Time Front End Lead Clerk to manage cash handling, front-end service and payroll under the Front-End Manager. You will recruit, train and develop team members and coordinate store and community event programs.

This role requires English proficiency, a clean cash record, a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends, and a commitment to safety, presentation and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English.
• Understand and follow directions.
• Flexible schedule including daytime, evening and weekends.
• Satisfactory cash record (low errors in past year).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for cash office controls such as safe counts and deposits.
• Organize, clean and maintain cash office and front-end stations.
• Supervise, train and develop team members.
• Provide backup for Front End Manager coverage and scheduling.
• Communicate to all levels of management.
• Adhere to front-end procedures and policies.
• Travel to other stores as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Meet company standards of the Price Rite Way.
