Responsibilities

• Load haul trucks and ensure proper load distribution without exceeding weight limits.
• Communicate with supervisor and spotter using radios or signals; maintain safety and load control.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and monitor equipment for debris or damage.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
