Job summary

Professional Placement Services is seeking a Front End Loader Operator for a recycling facility. You will safely operate a front-end loader to move recycled materials, load/unload trucks, and support crushing and processing operations.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, maintaining material flow, and reporting any equipment issues to maintenance or management. This is an on-site role in Texas with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end loader to move recycled glass, cullet, raw materials, finished product, and other materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, conveyors, stockpiles, and processing equipment as required.
• Maintain proper material flow to support crushing, screening, sorting, and processing operations.
• Build and maintain stockpiles while keeping materials properly separated and organized.
• Monitor loader performance and report mechanical or operational issues to Maintenance or Management.
• Perform routine pre-shift inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Operate equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company procedures.
