Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a Front End Loader Operator in East Hazel Crest, IL. The role involves operating heavy equipment at a recycling facility during the 3:30pm to 2am shift, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair tasks and must have own tools. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime; a valid driver's license is preferred, and knowledge of electrical/hydraulic schematics is helpful for

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere parts is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate front end loader in recycling facility.
• Perform diagnostics, part replacement and routine maintenance.
• Maintain records and use computer tracking software.
• Ensure safe, clean work environment.
• Team-based operation during shifts 3:30pm–2am.
